Pinched from miss_hellfire because whenever I see a massive questionnairey thing I feel the compulsive need to fill it in.

1.What did you do in 2007 that you'd never done before?: Strangely enough the only thing that comes to mind is that I turned the hairdryer up all the way to three. Should I be concerned that that’s the only new thing I can think of?

2. Did you keep your 2007 new year's resolutions, and will you make more for next year?: I don’t make new years resolutions. I made a resolution ages ago to not make new years resolutions and I intend to keep it.

3. Did anyone close to you give birth?: Nope.

4. Did anyone close to you die?: Nope.

5. What countries did you visit?: None. Fairly boring really, aren’t I?

6. What would you like to have in 2008 that you lacked in 2007?: An Xbox 360!

7. What date from 2007 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?: What? What day is it today? I don’t remember days of things! Possibly July 22nd, because it was my temporary birthday for the year.

8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?: Spending the most money I ever have in a year? I don’t know. What constitutes as an achievement? If you ask me getting up at four in the morning and going out into the freezing cold and taking Sue to the airport constitutes as my biggest achievement. Then after that I watched V For Vendetta. It was awesome.

9. What was your biggest failure?: Failing to find and rent Batman Begins from Blockbusters? That’s about the only thing I can really think of that I failed at, even though I haven’t exactly given up on it yet. Temporary Failure I think.

10. Did you suffer illness or injury?: I’m always suffering illness now. It’s called lupus anticoagulant or something. Anyway there hasn’t been much time when I haven’t been not in hospital this year.

11. What was the best thing you bought?: I’d have to say Ratchet and Clank: Tools of Destruction. That is awesomeness personified.

12. Whose behaviour merited celebration?: That’s a strange question. It’s certainly not one that would go through anyone’s head as an actual genuine question. Nobody would sit there and think to themselves ‘whose behaviour merited celebration’. Behaviour doesn’t merit celebration. That way madness leads.

13. Whose behaviour made you appalled and depressed?: Well not depressed, but: Amy Winehouse, Lily Allen, Kate Nash. You know, the usual lot.

14. Where did most of your money go?: Games, music, books and DVDs. As usual.

15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?: Lesbians! Hot Fuzz! The Used’s new album! Portal! Cake!

16. What song will always remind you of 2007?: No songs will remind me of 2007. That’s a nonsense. Songs will inevitably remind me of what I was typically doing when I was listening to them, however they’re unlikely to remind me of a specific year. But if you mean which song represents 2007 then that may be a very different matter. It would possibly be Grace Kelly by Mika, because I heard it a lot this year, like it and it gave me a new way to make fun of my cousin (who has the same haircut as Mika).

17. Compared to this time last year, are you:
i. Happier or sadder?: I don’t know. Tell you what for future reference I’ll put a number here on the happiness scale and next year I’ll do the same then we can compare from this year onwards. I’m about a nine on the happiness scale. If there wasn’t a writer’s strike going on it’d be a ten.
ii. Thinner or fatter?: Same.
iii. Richer or poorer?: Same.

18. What do you wish you`d done more of?: No point wishing for things I’d done more of. If I want to do more of something I’d best go out and do it while theres still some 2007 to do it in. And no I’m pleased with what I’ve done.

19. What do you wish you`d done less of?: Nothing. I’m satisfied. See above question.

20. How will you be spending Christmas?: I spent it as usual with my family a Pixar animated film and a doctor who Christmas special.

21. What was the most embarrassing thing that happened to you in 2007?: I don’t really remember anything embarrassing happening.

22. Did you fall in love in 2007?: Not this year sorry.

23. How many one-night stands?:

24. What was your favourite TV program?: Heroes. Heroes is just the best thing ever. Come on you Bad Hollywood. Give the writers what they want and let them write more Heroes.

25. Do you hate anyone now that you didn't hate this time last year?: Yep. Lily Allen, Amy Winehouse, Kate Nash, Preston from The Ordinary Boys. Interestingly most people I hate have been on Nevermind the Buzzcocks. Coincidence? I think not.

26. What was the best book you read?: The final Harry Potter one.

27. What was your greatest musical discovery?: That makes me sound like some kind of musical Indiana Jones, plummeting through deep musical caves until I come across some kind of musical gold then getting chased by some kind of musical boulder, maybe a giant drum or something. That’d be interesting. Anyway Lee makes all my musical discoveries for me and the answer is Madina Lake.

28. What did you want and get?: A Playstation 3. Happy Birthday me!

29. What did you want and not get?: An Xbox 360. Happy Next Birthday me!

30. What was your favourite film of this year?: Hot Fuzz! It was awesomeness. Even betterer than Shaun of the Dead, and I got to go and see it before it was even released, before even the previews happened. It was exceptional. And I met Simon Pegg, Nick Frost and Edgar Wright and had Jaffa Cakes, possibly one of the best moments of the year. Not that there’s a question that sane on here.

31. What did you do on your birthday, and how old were you?: I had two birthdays this year, for conveniences sake. On one I helped put up a tent and watched Fight Club and Resident Evil, and on the other I played my Playstation 3 all day long.

32. What one thing would have made your year immeasurably more satisfying?: Nothing, except maybe that Xbox 360.

33. How would you describe your personal fashion concept in 2007?: Absurd.

34. What kept you sane?: I have no idea.

35. Which celebrity/public figure did you fancy the most?: I don’t know. t.A.T.u.?

36. What political issue stirred you the most?: Gordon Brown, texture like sun!

37. Who did you miss?: I had an entire year, it’s practically possible to miss someone for an entire year. If you fail to meet each other on a certain day I’m sure you reschedule and meet up later.

38. Who was the best new person you met?: I didn’t meet new people. I don’t have the ability to meet new people.

39. Tell us a valuable life lesson you learned in 2007: I learned that if you have long hair some people might not like it.
