Fact 44: David Jason must die.

That's not an opinion. It's a fact. Notice the fact number at the start. And no he mustn't die because he shot me at my wedding rehearsal and put me into a four year long coma, and no he mustn't die because he kidnapped me and locked me in a room for fifteen years, although if that helps motivate you to seek out and destroy him then by all means think that.
He must die because he's ruining every single Discworld film by inserting himself in positions he has no right to fill. He's not Albert, he's definately not Rincewind. I wouldn't permit him to play Rincewind in a small production I was making, nevermind a film version. Next he's probably going to end up being everyone. Who can play the Patrician? Oh David Jason! Captain Vimes... well David Jason's free. Munstrum Ridcully? I think perhaps David Jason might like that part. Granny Weatherwax? David Jason is a perfect fit! Moist Von Lipwig? You know who there isn't enough of in these movies...? David Jason. So please before David Jason ends up playing every single character in the Discworld films please stop him the only way he'll understand.

Gaaahhhh! David Jason! He won't stop until every single Discworld character has become a chirpy Cockney wideboy. Oddly enough, he could be C.M.O.T Dibbler. But he won't, because I am going to kill him with a barrage of lemons.

You make a good point. I hadn't considered him as Dibbler, probably because he suits the part and he appears to be going for parts that are just all wrong.

Best of luck to you and your lemons.
